René Arnez accepts the following credit cards: American Express, MasterCard and Visa. Unfortunately, PayPal and other forms of online accounts are not accepted at this time.
Which sizes are offered in the Little Black Dress Collection?
The Little Black Dress Collection offers sizes XS, S, M, L and XL and 0 to 14.
What if my Little Black Dress is only made upon request?
Little Black Dress styles that are noted as “made upon request” are made based on customer orders. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks, after payment, to process your order. You will be contacted before your order ships.
How soon before my Little Black Dress arrives?
If your Little Black Dress is not noted as “made upon request” it will be shipped to you within 3 to 7 business days.
Are taxes applicable for my order?
Orders shipped to addresses in Maryland (6%) and Washington, DC (5.75%) will be charged.
Can I return my merchandise?
Yes. René Arnez will gladly issue a refund within 14 days of receipt of merchandise to any customer who is not completely satisfied with her purchase. Please read the Return Policy requirements for more details.
