Exchange/Return:

All returns and exchanges must be approved by René Arnez.  Please send a return request within 14 days of receipt of merchandise to customercare@renearnez.com with purchase order number and specific items requesting to be returned.  Upon receipt of a Merchandise Return Authorization Number (MRA#) from René Arnez, complete the merchandise return/exchange form (sent with the MRA#) and enclose with your return/exchange.  Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible and mark your MRA# on the outside of the box.

Return Policy Requirements:
Merchandise must be returned unworn with all original tags attached, in any original packaging, unwashed, and unaltered.
Customer must return the merchandise within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.
Customer must send a return request within 14 days of receipt of merchandise to customercare@renearnez.com.
Customer must receive a Merchandise Return Authorization Number (MRA#).
Customer must complete the merchandise return/exchange form (sent with the MRA#) and enclose it with the merchandise.
Sale items are final sale.  No refunds, exchanges or price adjustments can be made on final sale items

 

Credit & Refund:

Credit will be issued for the original amount paid on the merchandise returned, excluding the shipping and handling fee. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment only. Please note it typically takes 2 to 4 business days after your package arrives to our office to process the credit request. You will receive an email from Customer Care as soon as it is processed.

Upon receipt of returned merchandise, René Arnez has the right to deny credits if the goods do not meet the return policy requirements. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Unfortunately, René Arnez will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery, or for returns/exchanges without an issued MRA#. 

 

Package Refusals

If a customer places an order with René Arnez and then refuses the package, the customer will be held responsible for the original shipping and return shipping cost, as well as any other taxes, duties and/or custom charges.  The total amounts will be subtracted from the order refund. 

 

Damages:

If you receive a package from us that looks damaged or if a product is damaged at arrival, please email us at customercare@renearnez.com immediately. Items with damages due to manufacturing or production issues may be eligible for an exchange within 30 days of purchase from René Arnez. Damaged item exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis.

 

Ordering
René Arnez sells merchandise to adults, ages 18 and older, with the ability to make purchases with a credit card. René Arnez reserves the right to terminate account, remove or edit content, refuse services and/or cancel orders at any time, without restrictions, if the company believes that user conduct violates applicable law or is in any way harmful to the interests of René Arnez or its affiliates.
